PLEASE READ
I was misinformed as to what cheetah print was, and this was not it. So I am changing the names of all my nails with this print to its proper name, jaguar print. Thank you to the deviant who informed me of my mistake! The title on the actual tutorial will actually stay cheetah print though because I cannot change the title.

Extra Notes: When painting the black lines around the painted dots, using a nail art polish really helps since it has a thinner brush. Just take your time and practice, practice, practice!
